На мой взгляд, первое, что может прийти на ум при слове JRPG – серия игр «Final Fantasy». Или «Dragon Quest». Но на них свет не сошёлся клином, ведь есть другие серии, которым, не всегда уделяют внимание. Например, серия «Atelier», которой исполнилось уже 22 года.

Кроме того, серия насчитывает 20 основных игр и множество ремейков/ответвлений, к которой относится и «Nelke». Я внимательно слежу за этой серией и не мог пройти мимо новой игры. И это оказалось достаточно необычным опытом для меня, ведь она очень сильно отличается от всего, что создавала Gust ранее.

Дело будет происходить в глухом городишке, название которого, признаюсь честно, я забыл. Но он выделяется тем, что по слухам, там находится один из могущественных артефактов, который Нелке и предстоит найти. Но не все так просто, ведь её назначили управлять городом, а это значит, что в первую очередь надо заботиться о горожанах.

А помогать вам будут алхимики из всех предыдущих игр, начиная с «Atelier Marie» от 1997 года и заканчива «Atelier Ludie & Suelle» 2018, которые попали в мир Nelke из других, параллельных, миров. Сама же Нелке способностью к алхимии не одарена.

И вот вы начнёте отстраивать город. В отличие от всех остальных игр, здесь перед вами предстанет настоящий градостроительный симулятор. В хорошем смысле слова, естественно.

Вы должны будете строить различные магазины, поля, сады, места, где алхимики могут синтезировать предметы и пытаетесь на этом заработать денег. Поначалу их будет мало, но со временем вы сможете найти стабильные способы заработка денег путём создания дорогих предметов и последующей их продажи.

Также, вы можете создавать предметы, которые помогут вам в ваших вылазках – для сбора более редких ресурсов и для обороны от врагов.

Вообще, каждый ход в игре делится на две фазы – «Будние Дни» и «Выходные». В будние дни, как вы уже могли понять, идёт постройка зданий и возня с предметами. В выходные же вы можете посещать значимых горожан для укрепления с ними дружбы или выбираться на природу на поиски ресурсов, из которых алхимики и делают предметы. И на разблокировку новых мест тоже нужны деньги. Поэтому снова говорю: надо стараться распоряжаться финансами с умом.

Поход по ресурсы выглядит таким образом: пять человек гуляют по лесам и полям и периодически останавливаются на сборы или битвы с врагами. За победу над ними вы тоже будете получать предметы и опыт на развитие характеристик.

Кроме вышеобозначенных действий, в выходные вы можете управлять исследованиями, которые приблизят вас к вашему желанию – к волшебному дереву. Но для исследований нужны будут определенные предметы и уровень отношений с тем или иным персонажем.

Кстати, повысить отношения с героями можно ещё путём выполнения их заданий, которые они вам могут дать. Главное, успеть сделать это за указанное количество ходов. Но эне страшно, если вы не справитесь. А вот если вы не успеете уложиться в требуемое количество ходов на основном задании, то это полноценный Гейм Овер. Но обычно, времени даётся выше крыши.

Немного необычным оказалось для меня то, что ваше участие в процессе минимально. В будние дни вы можете только указывать персонажам, что им делать, и организовывать стройку(но это нормально для симуляторов такого плана), но вот в выходные дни вы можете только управлять скоростью передвижения и некоторыми решениями. Это очень непривычно по сравнению с основной серией «Atelier», где вам былао дано больше свободы.

Зато никуда не делось огромное количество диалогов. Они поджидают вас на каждом шагу, а иногда окружают вас группами. Начался ход – разговоры, переход к строительству – опять разговоры, смена фазы – диалоги. Посиделки тоже без них не обходятся. В общем, вы поняли.

Также на месте осталась характерные графика и музыка для последних игр серии, начиная с серии «Dusk». Достаточно неплохие, поэтому пусть так и остаётся. Хотя, нельзя не отметить некоторую «девяячесть», которая сохраняется с серии «Arland». Ну да бог с ней.

Знаете, несмотря на затянутость диалогов в игре и недостаточное участие игрока в процессе, «Nelke & The Legendary Alchemists» – достаточно необычный опыт и свежее дыхание в серии. А ещё это возможность познакомиться со всеми персонажами ранее вышедших частей и, возможно, выбрать себе игру, где данный персонаж является главным.
